Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives at Reals Group

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales growth for assigned products, territories, and customer accounts. 
• Develop strategies to increase product penetration and market share. 
• Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. 
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and distributors. 
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor activity reports. 
• Ensure effective coverage of assigned territory and outlets. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or other related science/medical fields. 
• Minimum of 0–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred). 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Self-motivated and target-driven. 
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
