    Personal Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Boss.
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel logistics, and organize events.
    • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documentation.
    • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
    • Support operational activities, including vendor coordination, store visits, and fashion-related tasks.
    • Maintain organized filing systems; both digital and physical.
    • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts (where applicable).
    • Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure seamless workflow.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline (Law degree is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.

    Sales Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional in-store service.
    • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
    • Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals, pricing, and promotions.
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Manage inventory, restock items, and support stock-taking activities.
    • Assist with merchandising, displays, and promotional setups.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
    • Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and build brand loyalty.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of BSC/HND; higher qualifications are an advantage.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or clothing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven sales ability and customer service skills.
    • Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling.
    • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in basic computer and POS operations.
    • Professional appearance and polished customer-facing presentation.
