Requirements

• Previous experience as a police officer, military/paramilitary is an advantage
• Must have a valid rider's license and permit
• Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security staff.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor security operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing leadership and coordination.
• Train and mentor security personnel, ensuring they are knowledgeable about security protocols and procedures.
• Liaise with law enforcement and other external agencies as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security operations and incidents.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of security equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma in a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Security certification as evidence of training in the field of security.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to respond to security incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in using security technology and systems.
