Job Description

• Operating Saponification Plant Machines and control panel
• Supervise soap noodle production thoroughly.
• Deliver targeted quality of Soap Noddle’s production in Saponification
• Ensuring efficient and correct operation of Saponification, tank form, steam lines, spray drier, cooling tower, pumps

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of work experience operating saponification plant Machines and control panel.
• A good knowledge of food safety, cGMP, HACCP

Job Description

• Setting up and adjusting packaging machines according to product specifications. 
• Ensure proper packaging materials settings into machines to control product and packaging materials waste and control material variations. 
• Handle accurate raw material dosing ensure minimal product, raw materials waste and control material variations. 
• Deliver targeted quality finished goods products, maintains packaging machinery

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of work experience as Packaging Machine Operator from food/beverage manufacturing background.
• Must have operational knowledge of coding machines i.e. Domino, Hitachi, Videojet etc. 
• Working experience to handle the foods packaging machines sachet packaging machines i.e. Wraptech, Shubham Packaging, Universal Pack etc. 
• Must have knowledge on CIP and COP process in order to ensure cGMP·
