• OND or HND in Polymer Science, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience managing manufacturing or recycling operations.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in PET bottle recycling, plastic processing, or polyester fibre production will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the clinic's eye care and dental services through direct marketing, field marketing, referrals, networking, and other customer acquisition channels
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments, consultations, and treatments
• Educate prospective patients on clinic services, treatment options, and appointment booking processes while directing clinical questions to qualified healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns for routine eye examinations, dental check-ups, preventive care, and other available services
• Build relationships with individuals, families, community groups, and local businesses to raise awareness and generate patient referrals
• Follow up with prospective patients to address non-clinical concerns and facilitate appointment bookings
• Identify opportunities to attract patients seeking private healthcare services and communicate the value and quality of care offered
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless transitions from enquiry to clinic visit
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media promotions, online enquiries, and advertising
• Track marketing leads, patient bookings, appointment attendance, conversion rates, and revenue generated from marketing activities
• Prepare regular reports on patient acquisition, marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and progress towards sales targets
• Ensure all marketing activities remain professional, accurate, respectful of patient privacy, and compliant with healthcare advertising standards

Essential experience:

• Directly relevant Sales & Marketing experience; the minimum period will be confirmed.
• Background in direct sales, field marketing, customer acquisition, or service marketing
• Experience marketing healthcare services and medical sales
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, convert enquiries into paying customers, and achieve sales targets
• Experience conducting fieldwork, face-to-face marketing, and direct engagement with prospective clients
• Proficiency in basic office applications, digital communication tools, and utilising digital or social media channels to drive engagement

Preferred experience:

• Experience in private healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, optical retail, dental services, or related customer-facing industries with responsibility for generating paying customers

Qualifications:

• A degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related discipline is preferred
