About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in:

• Managing the complete lifecycle of spare parts, from identification and procurement to storage and utilization.
• Ensuring the availability of critical spare parts while optimizing inventory levels and controlling costs.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall operational performance.
• Building strong relationships with equipment manufacturers and suppliers while supporting engineering projects and technical sourcing activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in:
• Maintenance Engineering
• Spare Parts Management
• Reliability Engineering
• Industrial Operations

Strong knowledge of:

• Spare Parts Lifecycle Management
• Inventory & Warehouse Optimization
• Root Cause Analysis
• Continuous Improvement Methodologies
• ERP/CMMS Systems
• AutoCAD
• Supplier Management & Technical Negotiation
