We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager who will take ownership of our production operations, lead our team, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities• Lead and improve production team performance

Ensure at least 95% compliance with quality, safety, and production standards• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented• Monitor production costs and implement measures targeting a 5% annual reduction in production costs• Track and improve team productivity, targeting a 10% increase quarterly

Monitor equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime• Initiate and implement at least two process improvement projects annually to improve production efficiency

Monitor production output, waste, and other key production KPIs• Prepare regular production reports for management

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in a relevant field
•  1–2 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience
•  Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Experience in food, FMCG, or a related industry is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor inventory records and reconcile stock.
• Analyze production costs and prepare financial reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Improve financial processes and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• 1–3years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
