    Sales Executive(Abuja & Public Sector)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, focusing on acquiring new accounts and growing existing client relationships.
    • Identify prospects, build a strong pipeline, and conduct thorough assessments of client needs to offer tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific business challenges and security requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other internal stakeholders to deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts by serving as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs, and providing proactive guidance on security best practices and solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity to effectively position our offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on account activities using CRM tools to track progress and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of at least 2 years in cybersecurity sales.
    • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and products/services.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and productivity tools.

    IT Project Manager - Cybersecurity

    Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for cybersecurity projects.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
    • Identify and assess cybersecurity risks associated with projects.
    • Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure the implementation of security controls.
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity specialists, engineers, and analysts.
    • Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.
    • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
    • Monitor project progress against timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure that projects are executed within budget and meet quality standards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, and lessons learned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT Project Management
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification.
