Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems to ensure reliable operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in fire alarm systems across various brands and models, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems to verify compliance with applicable fire safety codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and service reports, documenting system conditions, findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures, providing timely resolutions to restore fire protection functionality.

Work Experience / Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess at least an HND / OND qualification in Electrical Electronics Engineering or a trade test.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in Electrical maintenance, specializing in fire alarm systems.
• Proficient in working with various fire alarm panel brands like SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency.
• Execute precise installation, including gas welding, for Split AC units.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
• Operate chillers, air handling units, chilled water pumps, split air-conditioning units, and package units to ensure effective cooling, while maintaining accurate operational logs.
• Adhere to safety procedures related to maintenance and engineering activities.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possession of a Higher National Diploma (HND), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or a recognized Trade Test Certification.
• 3-6 years of practical work experience as an AC technician or in a similar HVAC-related role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with diverse HVAC systems, including air conditioners, refrigerator units, and heating pump systems.
• Strong practical skills in connecting pipes, precise copper pipe brazing, and effective duct insulation.
