Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and result driven Project Monitoring Officer to join our team, The ideal candidate will support the monitoring and reporting of ongoing projects to ensure activities are executed according to approved timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.

Key responsibilities: 

• Track project progress and update project status reports.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and document project observations.
• Follow up with project teams on assigned action items.
• Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and escalation points.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles particularly in Engineering sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirement: 

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
• Completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other engineering design tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
