    After Market Executive – AMC Management

    Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000

    Job Summary

    The After Market Executive will be responsible for managing and tracking Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customers on a machine-wise basis. The role requires maintaining a comprehensive database of customer equipment, coordinating engineer visits, ensuring timely service delivery, and following up with customers to confirm service quality and machine performance. This position is critical in strengthening customer relationships, improving service efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with UTAS standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain AMC customer and machine database.
    • Track AMC expiry/renewals and follow up proactively.
    • Coordinate engineer visits and update service reports.
    • Conduct post-service follow-up calls and record feedback.
    • Generate reports on service completion, customer satisfaction, and renewals.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Business Admin, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    • 1-2 years experience in after-sales, AMC coordination, or customer service.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and database management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus.

    Chemical Sales Executive

    Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales of hygiene and cleaning chemicals, with a proven track record of engaging high-profile clients, particularly in the hospitality industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the hospitality and related sectors.
    • Promote and sell hygiene and cleaning chemical products (Household, Industrial & Institutional).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
    • Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to clients.

    Requirements:

    • BSc/B.Eng in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science Technology, or Microbiology.
    • Must reside on Lagos Island.
    • Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience in Household, Industrial & Institutional Hygiene/Cleaning Products.
