Main Functions

• In conjunction with all commercial personnel, develop shipping and inventory management schedules. Lead and coordinate the ship loading operations at the pier facility. Coordinate screening requirements for third party vessels scheduled to arrive at pier facility. Maintain relationship with port authority and port pilot personnel.
• Maintain relationship with regional oil spill resource sharing scheme personnel and local Oil Spill Response Committee. Ensure that operational and functional control aspects of the Truck Loading Facility (TLF) proceed flawlessly and optimally without causing variances to plan and that any resulting disruptions are minimized.

• Have a complete working knowledge and understanding of Emergency Response Manuals, assume control of emergency situations as required by the Emergency Support Group (ESG) Leader
• Maintain full compliance with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) and industry safety criteria for piers and marine movements
• Oversee the oil spill response preparedness
• Lead and manage marine and pier operational practices with respect to safety equipment, operational preparedness, maintenance procedures and custody transfer
• Influence a safety, health, environment and quality culture and widespread ownership within the facility

• Maintain satisfactory audit status and have no business practice violations
• Ensure full compliance with Management and Protection of Information (MPI) guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements
• Meet operating stewardship targets (Opex, Capex, Environmental, Volumes)
• Visible commitment to operations integrity, flawless execution and implementation of OIMS, with particular emphasis on Systems 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 11
• Ensure that corporate systems are implemented on site and that performance is stewarded, and improvement plans developed for identified gaps

• Ensure that operating procedures pertaining to the TLF and metering are appropriate and reviewed at regular periods

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or any relevant discipline
• Experience in marine industry and operations
• Oil and gas offtake experience
• Operations, maintenance or engineering background
• Thorough knowledge of operational, safety and emergency procedures of tanker loading / discharge equipment
• In depth knowledge of crude oil shipping operations at offshore & onshore terminals.
• Understanding of crude oil lifting agreements.
• Knowledge of Production Operations.
• Crude Reconciliation & Hydrocarbon Accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of plant process operations
• Good knowledge of crude and gas supply chain operations and timings

Main Functions

• Provides key business information and analysis to business to enable expense, headcount and volumetric targets to be achieved and maintained. Monitors general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure the reliability of general ledger information, Prepares and analyses financial performance reports.
• Collaborates with department leaders in the development of capital, expense and personnel plans for forecasting and budgeting.
• Provides expertise on how to use financial data, the application of accounting guidelines, standards, procedures and policies. Ensures accounting practices are applied to analysis in an ethical and effective manner. Position will receive direction and support.

Main Functions

• The Cost / Schedule / Controls Engineer will perform or coordinate effort for cost estimate preparation, estimating oversight and quality assurance reviews for Company operated and Other Builder Operator estimates for all Gate and Funding milestones.
• The Cost / Schedule / Controls Engineer will also prepare Check Estimates and Schedules to compare with Operated by Others (OBO) Operator-prepared submittals.
• Also this person will participate in estimate / Schedule assessments (verification of project cost & schedule bases).
• Lastly, they are expected to participate in Estimating Group process efficiency tools and quality assurance review process improvements.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to Leve1 Tasks, a Level 2 would:

• Assist in Setting up the baseline cost control system (internal and external) and documentation for the project
• Prepare forecasts, cost trend reports, and monitor cost and budget forecasts on multiple projects on the same work site
• Report on deviations, underruns and overruns, and can make recommendations for corrective actions.

Work Schedule:

• Standard - 5 days on / 2 days off - 5 days on / 2 days off.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in a closely related position

• Basic to advance level proficiency in Cost Estimating, Project Planning and Project Controls
