Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, and proactive clerk to play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, effective and efficient day-to-day coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleaness and neatness of the office environment is essential
• Receive visitors and clients, ensuring professional front-desk management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Proven experience as an office clerk
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a friendly and professional welcome.
• Handle admission enquiries across walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, including conducting facility tours for interested client
• Schedule assessment appointments

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Business administration
• Minimum of 1 year qualification experience in a similar role
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates consistently high standards of personal and professional conduct
• Must bring a positive attitude, patience, a good sense of humour, and the energy required to work effectively
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
