Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and an organized office environment
• Run errands, such as Buying lunch, delivering documents, picking up supplies etc
• Welcome and greet visitors, employees and clients
• Manage visitors sign-in process
• Direct visitors to appropriate departments or meeting rooms
• Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate personnel
• Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
• Support the HR and administrative department with special tasks
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• SSCE Holders
• 1-2 years of office experience preferred
• Must be very neat
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be withn the range of 20-30years old
• Female only
• Must stay around Ojodu berger,Ogba and Opic axis

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects from initiation to completion,ensuring adherence to project objectives,timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,understanding their needsand providing exceptional customer serviice.
• Technical Design and Engineering: Develop detailed designs, utilize CAD software, perform engineering calculations, and optimize project performance.
• Commercial Aspects: Prepare cost estimates, conduct value engineering, develop project proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
• Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement teams, develop technical specifications, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Project Execution Support: Provide technical guidance, coordinate with construction teams, and manage design changes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and integrate risk management into project planning.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work with other engineering disciplines and coordinate with project managers, estimators, and schedulers.
• Identify training and development needs,promoting continuos learning and professional growth within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of experience.
• High Analytical, creative and cognitive ability.
• Good handle of CAD & CAE software (AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Advance Steel, AME Tank, SolidWorks, PipeFlow, Prota, ANSYS, Aspen HYSYS)
• Good handle of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
• Good communication,negotiation and presentation skills.
• Leadership and project managemnet skills

Salary
N250,000- N300,000 monthly.
