    Office Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate records of stock and office supplies.
    • Support day-to-day office operations and logistics.
    • Assist in documentation, filing, and correspondence.
    • Ensure the office environment is well organized and functional.
    • Provide support to the operations team as required.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of OND, SSCE
    • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Drive personnel carefully to required locations.
    • Follow assigned routes and schedules; and ensuring promptness.
    • Inspect vehicles regularly for maintenance issues and report any problems immediately.
    • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
    • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle(s).
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
    • Renew vehicle particulars at the right time before expiration.
    • Assist with logistics and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
    • Should reside in close proximity to Victoria Island/Ikoyi.
    • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
    • Familiarity with GPS devices, navigation apps, and local roadways.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify customer’s needs and preferences, providing personalized advice on suitable beauty products.
    • Demonstrate makeup application, skincare routines, and other beauty techniques.
    • Drive sales by promoting products and services, potentially including upselling or recommending new items.

    • Assist the store manager to do a good job in store management.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
