Job Summary

• Our Client is seeking a smart, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director, with strong secretarial competencies to provide high-level administrative support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and statements
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Help with bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
• Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
• Support documentation, filing, and archiving of financial records
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the finance team

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong secretarial competencies; filing, document preparation, and filing/archiving systems.
