    Nurse Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Nurse Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the nursing team to provide high-quality patient care.
    • Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Nurse Assistant will assist with basic nursing care, perform routine tasks, and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Patient Care: Assist with basic care needs, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Vital Signs: Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
    • Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
    • Nutrition and Hydration: Assist with feeding, serving meals, and ensuring patients have access to water and other fluids.
