- Names and addresses of three (3) Referees (Employer, Educational and Personal) who are to forward confidential reports directly to the Registrar, Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, with SUBJECT HEADING BEARING THE NAME OF THE APPLICANT, DEPARTMENT AND POST APPLIED FOR. Such referees should be able to attest to the candidate's claim to high academic capabilities as well as to the candidate's notable uprightness.
- Valid Government approved ID (Driver's Licence, National ID, Biometric Page of International Passport) and Medical Certificate of fitness from Government hospital.
- Two passport-sized photographs.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be registerable with any relevant professional bodies and must also be ICT compliant;
- Applicants will be required to produce originals of their certificates and other relevant credentials if invited for interview; photocopies will not be accepted;
