Job Description

• We are looking to hire a Mobile Application Software Developer. The Mobile Application Software Developer is required to build and implement functional programs, work with other Engineers and Product/Project Managers throughout the software development life cycle.
• The Full-Stack Software Developer must be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance mobile apps.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Carry out regular maintenance, resolve performance issues and fix bugs.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
• Upload apps to the App Stores

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• B.Sc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge and experience in Flutter Framework and DART programming; or in React Native and JavaScript (TypeScript)
• Knowledge in Flutter Framework will be an added advantage
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Hands-on experience in development IDE Android Studio, Android SDK, Firebase
• Familiarity with push notifications
• Familiarity with IOS integration with Flutter
• Experience with Git or other version control tools
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience working with external data via REST and JSON
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Have two or more iOS/Android/Web apps developed with Flutter or React/React Native. Either deployed on AppStore/Google Play or available on Github

Brief Description

• The PHP Programmer will be responsible for writing PHP computer programming language codes as required by Zercom Systems Nigeria Limited.
• He/ She would also be responsible for the maintenance of the LMS of all Zercom systems’ clients, deployment of solutions on the client’s site.

Job Responsibilities
PHP Programmer Role:

• Write codes in PHP programming language.
• Maintain client’s LMS.
• Fix all bugs that might occur on the LMS.
• Writing of back-end codes for consumption by a mobile application.
• Development and designing of web APIs.
• Deployments of solutions on client site.
• Advice the company on technical issues.

Qualification / Specification

• B.Sc or HND in any discipline, a first degree in an IT related discipline is an added advantage.
• Must have completed the mandatory one-year NYSC.
• 0-1 year work experience, but must have been programming for at least a year.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP programming language and Laravel framework.
• Proficiency in any other PHP framework is a plus.
• A deep understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript languages.
• Ability to write clean and efficient codes to achieve the desired goal.
• Ability to write codes using the Object-Oriented Programming method.
• Ability to work in a team.
• A good communication skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• An excellent debugging skill.
• Ability to learn fast.
• Ability to design APIs for consumption by mobile applications.
• The ability to use the git versioning tool is a plus.
• An understanding of databases and their query languages, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.
• Ability to write efficient database queries using JOINS
