Medical Sales Representative at Grohe Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Grohe Pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, HMOs, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers, and distributors.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within assigned territories.
• Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.
• Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
