    Mechatronics Engineer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechatronics Engineer at FMR Agency.
    • The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to mechatronics, electrical engineering, maintenance & repair, electronics, and electromechanics.
    • The day-to-day tasks may include designing and implementing mechatronic systems, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic components, and ensuring the proper functioning of electromechanical systems.


    • Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics skills
    • Experience in maintenance & repair and electromechanics
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of control systems and automation
    • Proficiency in programming languages used in mechatronics
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field

    Business Manager


    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.
    • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    • HND/Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience in business management or related role.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
