Responsibilities

• Having good knowledge of VFFs and HFFs packaging machines
• Can perform packing machine changeovers
• Preventive maintenance of machine mechanical both sides
• Predictive maintenance of machine mechanical both sides
• Reactive maintenance of mechanical both side
• Planned maintenance of the machine’s mechanical side
• Unplanned maintenance of the machine’s mechanical side
• Total productive maintenance of the machine’s mechanical side
• Operation & maintenance of nitrogen plant
• Operation & maintenance of Genset, ups and ovens
• And others as assigned by direct report Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational standard: Trade Test, SSCE, OND, B.Sc or HND in Engineering (either Electrical or Mechanical related).

Experience: 

• Minimum of Three (3) years Upwards in similar roles (Mechanical) experience majorly in Food and other Manufacturing Industries

Responsibilities

• Preparing vouchers for Payment daily
• Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Handling Petty Cash.
• Entering Bank payments and Posting Journal Entry on Tally.
• Preparing Cheque requisition for Payment.
• Attending to Complains pertaining to Bank Payments.
• Sorting Vouchers, LPOs.
• Preparing Casual Labour Sheet.
• Receiving of the good delivery note (GRN) and posting Local purchase entry in tally.
• preparation and checking of supplier's payment as when due.
• Getting LPO from procurement and posting entries in tally.
• Filling of all Local purchases order and LPO with relevant documents.
• Posting of Journal entry for spare parts, Diesel consumption, NEPA consumption, LPG Consumption.
• Partaking on physical stock taking for Maintenance, Production, RM-Store.
• Receiving of Return Delivery Note from logistics.
• Liaising with other department for smooth operation of business.
• Stock Reconciliation for Engineering spare parts, Monthly.
• Perform Other Activities given by the HOD/SCM.

Qualifications

• Minimum Educational standard: B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.

Experience:

• Minimum working experience: 2 years.

Job Requirements, Skills & Attitude:

• Manufacturing Experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting.
• Good Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0.

• Reactive maintenance of electrical side.
• Planned maintenance of machine electrical side
• Unplanned maintenance of machine electrical side
• Total productive maintenance of machine electrical side.
• Coordinate the maintenance (electrical & electronics) activities in the factory.
• Ensure optimal allocation and full utilization of resources available to reduce down time and keep the factory running.
• Good knowledge of electrical motors, sensors, drives, plcs, instrumentation etc.
• Ensure that installed machinery and fitting are constantly maintained and repaired for operational capacity utilization.
• Ensure that operating procedures are followed such that will ensure the safety and security of machinery and workers in the factory.
• Performs such other related functions as may be designed by the maintenance head.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational standard: Trade Test, SSCE, OND, B.Sc or HND in Engineering either Electrical or related .
• Professional Membership of the Engineering Institute is an added advantage.

Experience: 

• Minimum of Three (3) year Upwards in similar roles (Electrical Electronics) experience majorly in Food and other Manufacturing Industry.
