    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Hospital Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services and enhance its brand visibility. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians, corporate organizations, and the community to increase patient inflow. The Hospital Marketer will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to design campaigns, organize outreach programs, and analyze market trends to ensure the hospital remains competitive. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and possess strong networking skills.

    Main Duties

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote hospital services.
    • Identify and target and market facility’s services to potential referral sources such as clinics, physicians, and corporate organizations.
    • Organize and participate in health fairs, community outreach programs, and hospital open days.
    • Design and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
    • Manage the hospital’s social media presence and online reputation.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in healthcare services.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, corporate clients, and insurance companies.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports.
    • Collaborate with clinical teams to highlight new services, technologies, and specialties.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for advertising, printing, and event management.
    • Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend strategies for differentiation.
    • Develop and maintain a CRM database of clients, partners, and referral sources.
    • Organize seminars, workshops, and continuing medical education (CME) events.
    • Handle inquiries from prospective patients and facilitate their onboarding process.
    • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Train hospital staff on customer service and patient experience best practices.
    • Liaise with the media for press releases and hospital news coverage.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards.
    • Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve service delivery.
    • Represent the hospital at industry conferences and networking events.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare marketing, real estate marketing, sales in the banking sector or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication, marketing, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
    • Expertise in healthcare marketing policies.

    Medical Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Medical Doctor is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, conducting health assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and implementing treatment plans. This role requires a dedicated healthcare professional who can ensure optimal patient care while adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations of patients.
    • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions and injuries.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

    • Experience: Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience in a clinical setting; additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree in a relevant field are advantageous.
