    Marketer

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will work to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives. The successful candidate sees to executing marketing strategies, creating and managing campaigns, and supporting efforts to enhance brand growth and visibility. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset to achieve the company’s business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies that drive brand growth.
    • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and encourage repeat business.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
    • Write and proofread marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with designers, animators, and printers.
    • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
    • Adapt content to suit different social media platforms.
    • Foster relationships with influencers to promote the brand.
    • Support the development, launch, and management of new competitions and campaigns.
    • Undertake audience research.
    • Actively manage social media communities by responding to posts and fostering discussions.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

    • Adherence to project timelines and budgets

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Ads, CRM software, Facebook Insights).
    • Creativity and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

    Account Officer

    Job Description

    • The Account Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting the organization’s financial health and growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of financial statements and general ledger entries.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
    • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    • Ensure the timely fulfillment of statutory requirements for both outsourced and internal staff, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Monitor and update internal financial controls and procedures.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and regulations.

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
    • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
    • High level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
    • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Effective verbal and written communication for presenting financial data.
    • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with team members and stakeholders.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
    • Professional certifications such as ICAN, CPA, ACCA, or CMA (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or a related role.
    • Experience with regulatory compliance and financial audits.
