As the Loan Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing SME clients, driving loan portfolio growth, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring the quality and performance of the loan book.
Responsibilities
Source and onboard qualified SME clients seeking business and commercial loan facilities
Conduct credit assessments, financial analysis, and loan appraisals to evaluate borrowing capacity and risk
Manage the end-to-end loan process, including documentation, disbursement, and portfolio monitoring
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers to drive retention and repeat business
Achieve assigned loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and repayment targets while maintaining portfolio quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in SME lending, commercial lending, credit analysis, business banking, or microfinance operations
Strong understanding of SME financing, credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and loan structuring
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills
Proven ability to generate quality loan assets and achieve portfolio growth targets.
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence, brand visibility, and merchandising execution across modern trade channels while providing strategic support and performance insights to the sales leadership team.
Responsibilities
Develop and enforce merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and retail execution across modern trade outlets
Manage and coordinate brand ambassador activities, including deployment, training, and performance monitoring
Negotiate premium in-store placements and oversee the deployment of merchandising and visibility assets
Conduct store audits to ensure product availability, pricing compliance, and adherence to brand standards
Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and strategic presentations to support business decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or Product Management within the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of modern trade operations, retail execution, and merchandising principles
Experience managing brand promoters, ambassadors, or field marketing teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
