- Experience 2 - 7 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in a relevant discipline
- 2–7 years' experience in Microfinance, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services
- Strong skills in loan generation, credit analysis, deposit mobilization, and loan recovery
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and build quality customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow loan and deposit portfolios
- Source and manage MSME clients
- Conduct credit assessments and process loan applications
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timel loan recovery
