    Legal Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
    • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, motions, and briefs.
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal arguments in court and at depositions.
    • Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information.
    • Manage case files and deadlines effectively.
    • Assist in the discovery process, including reviewing documents, drafting interrogatories, and preparing for depositions.
    • Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings.
    • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
    • Assist with business development activities, such as networking and client relationship building.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Business Development Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos with the flexibility for some work from home.
    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
