Job Description

• The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing activities including attracting and retaining tenants.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Marketing and Outreach:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
• Host open houses and other events to attract potential tenants.

Tenant Relations:

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and necessary repairs.
• Resolve tenant disputes and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and renewals.
• Prepare reports on occupancy rates, leasing activities, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to leasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of property management and leasing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

• Proven experience as an Equipment Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment when necessary.
