    Procurement Officer

    The Procurement Officer specializing in Direct Procurement will be responsible for Sourcing, negotiating and procuring materials, components and services essential to our direct business operations. The staff will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, suppliers and other relevant parties to optimize the procurement process and contribute to the overall success of our organization\'s goals and objectives.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Sourcing and Vendor Management:

    • Ensure Effective vendor management relationships with key suppliers.
    • Identify and evaluate potential Suppliers for Direct Procurement needs.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure advantageous agreements.
    • Ensure accurate documentation for all company Vendors under the category.

    Procurement Planning:

    • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their direct procurement needs.
    • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goal.
    • Ensure all Purchases are in line with the internal department’s budgets.
    • Oversee negotiations to ensure the best prices for direct materials items.
    • Track key metrics for effective analysis and reporting.

    Cost Optimization:

    Identify cost-saving opportunities

    • Implement strategies to achieve cost reduction without compromising quality and satisfaction.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate potential procurement risks related to direct procurement activities.
    • Development of a contingency plan to address potential disruptions in the procurement process.

    Contract management:

    • Ensure vendor compliance with appropriate SLA and contract documents for Local Packaging and Direct materials
    • Monitor and evaluate supplier’s performance against contract terms.
    • Ensure that contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

    Process Improvement:

    • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, processes and procedures.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance the direct Procurement process for effectiveness and efficiency.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in any related field.
    • 2 - 3 years previous experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills.
    • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
    • Excellent coordination skills, proactivity, creativity and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good budget management skills.
    • Proficiency in Procurement software and Microsoft Office suite

    Internal Control & Compliance Officer (Abeokuta)

    The Internal Control and Compliance Officer ensures that Reelfruit\\\'s production, inventory, and financial processes adhere to established standards and regulations. This role involves conducting regular audits, verifying compliance, and contributing to continuously improving processes and controls.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with specified production processes and controls.
    • Continuously verify compliance with inventory processes and controls.
    • Perform regular checks on production and inventory processes, including stock counts.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of raw material management and control.
    • Conduct regular reviews and verifications of revenue accounts and transactions.
    • Perform checks and audits on procurement processes and accounts payable.
    • Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct internal audit fieldwork and execute tasks as assigned by management.
    • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
    • Contribute to the improvement and development of processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Conduct continuous checks on tax and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to legal standards.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

    • BSc/HND Degree in Accounting or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in internal audit, control, and compliance within a manufacturing company.
    • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working with ERP and accounting software such as Odoo, Tally, Sage, NetSuite, SAP, etc.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with ERP and accounting software.
    • ACA, ACCA, or CIA certifications are an added advantage but not compulsory.
    • Willingness to travel to other states within Nigeria as required.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Sales Operations Manager

    The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer relationships through technology, driving team performance, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution to streamline sales processes, manage policies, and contribute to business growth by leveraging data and customer insights.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Collaboration on Sales Strategy Implementation:

    • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement operational frameworks that support the execution of sales strategies in line with business objectives.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Operations & Process Optimization:

    • Streamline sales operations processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and analytics.
    • Implement tools and systems for tracking key performance metrics (KPIs).
    • Liaise with the sales teams in the regions to ensure effective sales operations 

    Forecasting & Planning:

    • Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure sales forecasts align with inventory and production schedules.
    • Assist in demand planning to meet customer needs.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Act as a liaison between sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
    • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.

    Team Leadership & Training:

    • Mentor and train the sales operations team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
    • Foster collaboration between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, production, and finance.

    Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure all sales operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare and present sales operations reports and dashboards to senior management.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
    • Experience in sales force automation roll out is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
    • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
