Senior Associates (NEX-Snr-Ass-043) who will be responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling and delivery of solutions on behalf of the company to meet clients’ expectations.
The role will include:

• Developing proof-of-concept, business plans and financial models
• Evaluating existing systems and procedures and making recommendations for improvement where necessary
• Managing and mentoring the team of Analysts assigned to projects
• Guiding research and analysis
• Ensuring execution of assigned projects within the specified time, scope and budget
• Managing existing clients and building relationships with new clients

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree- minimum of second class upper (2:1)
• Post-Graduate degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) will be an added advantage
• Project management certification will be a plus
• Minimum of 6 years practical experience in management consulting is compulsory
• Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage

Managers who will organize available resources to meet all revenue and other business/financial targets of designated unit by seeking and converting business opportunities across existing and future markets; managing teams and leading project execution in the units

The role will include:

• Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions involving significant scale, depth, and/or breadth
• Leading programs and providing guidance to team members (e.g., project managers, team leads, analysts), and hold them accountable for ensuring stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded
• Providing strategic advisory services in technical, functional, and/or industry areas
• Identifying business leads and opportunities at current and target clients
• Managing and growing client relationships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree- minimum of second class upper (2:1)
• A Masters degree will be an added advantage
• 8 years of management consulting work experience with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Previous experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to develop deep client network and relationships
• Strong facilitation and negotiation abilities
