• BSc. Accounting
• 1-3 yrs relevant experience
• Good knowledge of labour legislation

Responsibilities

• Agricultural management budgeting and completing farm operations within the budgeted amount
• Hiring staff to perform basic tasks such as monitoring labor schedules, daily salaries, livestock feeding, and harvest management
• Organizing routine maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and structures
• Purchasing farm supplies such as seeds and agrochemicals, as well as livestock feed
• Managing farm product sales and marketing, such as crop harvesting, dairy production, and animals.
• Meeting deadlines for yield production and delivery to auction markets.
• Maintaining animal health while monitoring the quality and quantity of animals.
• Preserving biodiversity in the environment and, if necessary, implementing protection measures
• Maintaining a record of farmworker and other staff health and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role
• BSc/HND in any related course
• Knowledge of raising birds, processing, and sales
