Summary of the Position
The oracle analyst will be part of the Management Information Technology (MIS) team that is responsible for support and development of the Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion applications used by the DAI business teams for their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) needs.
This position provides ‘techno-functional’ production support for the US, HMG, and EU business units. The primary focus will be daily EBS 12.1.3 postproduction support with a secondary focus on Oracle Cloud support.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities - Oracle EBS 12.1.3/12.2 production support
- Provide day-to-day application and technical support to business end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered in Oracle EBS Projects and Financials Module.
- Identify persistent problems and work with key stakeholders to address the root causes.
- Coordinate with hosting and support partners to log and resolve issues.
- Log and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs) as necessary.
- Develop functional and technical design documents that include detailed data mapping documentation, unit testing, and migration documents.
- Responsible for unit and integration testing of development work.
- Troubleshoot Oracle reports (both seeded and custom), alerts, workflows, extensions, and personalization.
Secondary Responsibilities – Oracle Cloud environment
- Secondary focus will be like the primary responsibilities but utilizing the Oracle Cloud environment.
- Work in Oracle Fusion environment to fix, enhance, or develop new reports using OTBI.
Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of functional Oracle experience and a college degree. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.1.3, specifically in the modules for Oracle Projects and Finance,
- Demonstrated experience with SQL (familiarity with tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer is strongly desired)
- Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations.
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical information clearly, and tailor communication style to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ‘customer service’ mentality with the confidence to lead by example.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization and external clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Willing and able to adjust work schedule, if needed, to support teams located in different time zones/countries.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an IT focused customer support role, is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Projects preferred.
- General EBS Knowledge to deal with User accounts and access.

The Senior Specialist, Oracle Developer will be part of the Management Information Technology (MIS) team that is responsible for development and support of the reports/dashboards in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion applications used by the DAI business teams for their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) needs.
This position provides development support for the US, HMG, and EU business units. The primary focus will be development of reports and dashboards in Oracle Fusion cloud with a secondary focus on Oracle EBS 12.1.3.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities - Oracle EBS 12.1.3/12.2 production support
- Develop and maintain customized reports using OTBI, BICC, Oracle Report Builder, BI Publisher, Discoverer Administrator, Discoverer Desktop, Discoverer Viewer, and TOAD (for ad-hoc reporting).
- Develop and maintain Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions using various Oracle development tools. Develop and customize Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflows, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and PL/SQL programs.
- Develop technical design documents to include detailed data mapping documentation, unit testing, and migration documents
- Analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions to address complex business needs.
- Responsible for unit and integration testing of development work.
- Responsible for resolving issues faced by the business user as per the priority/severity of the issues Log and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs) as necessary.
- Work with Oracle technical support team, as needed, to resolve bugs/issues Troubleshoot Oracle reports (both seeded and custom), alerts, workflows, extensions, and personalization.
Qualifications & Skills
