    Director of Technology

    Job Description

    • We need an excellent Director of Technology who is very knowledgeable in Information Technology and computer systems because he/she is the final arbiter of IT Management in the organization.
    • They must have a solid technical background while at the same time be able to manage and motivate people.
    • The ideal candidate must be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives.
    • The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time, and specifications of the company.
    • The Director of Information Technology will manage and direct the companys technology "everything."
    • This is a senior management role.

    Job Responsibilities

    • In charge of everything technology within the company
    • Solutions architecture experience
    • Project management experience
    • Great at presentations and technical docs (PID, SRS, BRD, etc.)
    • Good leadership and management skills
    • Develop good IT / Business strategy
    • Function as a Liaison between the Company and third-party contractors, suppliers and partners
    • Establish and Sustain Relationships with Clients and Partners
    • IT Needs Identification
    • Research and Development
    • Leadership
    • Ensure the Company Delivers Quality Services
    • Maintain Company Policies
    • Info-Security / Cyber security leanings
    • Code and Project resource management experience (GIT, Orangescrum, etc)
    • Expected to take us through ISO certification, NDPR, PCI, PTSP, etc...
    • Hireand train IT staff.
    • Schedules, organizes, and assigns projects to members of the IT team.
    • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
    • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
    • Software, Database, Network, Sizing, Configuration knowledge
    • Lead the SaaS base product and technical vision for company.
    • Project manage requirements gathering, review, purchase, implementation and staff training of everything technology.
    • Deliver enterprise information security policy with supporting architecture and processes.
    • Oversee technology development.
    • Provide technical and business best practices support during client implementation projects (ITIL & SOA).
    • Oversee a cloud based technology strategy.
    • Oversee implementation plans, create system test plans (QA), schedule staff/user testing times for web & client/server applications.
    • Implement SaaS technologies service to increase revenue and profitability.

    Qualifications

    • Over 7 years experience in ICT, Computer Science or Engineering, with 7 in an executive-level position.
    • B.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technology degree is required, including appropriate certifications
    • An MBA or related Masters degree is desirable.

    Salary
    N7,200,000 - N9,600,000 Annually.

    Business Development Director

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a strategy plan/document to achieve sales targets
    • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
    • Promote the company’s products and services, predicting and addressing customers’ needs, and strengthening relationships with customers
    • Establish relationships with prospective customers and key contacts of target organizations, nationwide and make regular field visits
    • Negotiate fees with customers and ensure that all marketing and sales transactions are profitable for the Company
    • Oversee the preparation of Marketing and Sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to Senior Management/the Board of Directors, as required
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Revenue forecasts
    • Develop plans to implement operational changes, to improve the effectiveness of the Business Development department.

    Job Requirements

    • MBA in Marketing or relevant field
    • 7 years experience
    • Highly experienced
    • From an IT background (or close)
    • Able to do business documents, presentations, projections in line with standards and best practices
    • Knowledge of public sector peculiarities and Development Agencies.

    Salary
    N7,200,000 Annually.

    Additional Benefits:
    Commission 1% of direct sales, sales from leads they generate.
