Description

• We require the service of a full time and experienced driver. The ideal candidate must enjoy meeting people and be familiar with Lagos routes and traffic patterns.
• Drivers will generally work 8am to 5pm, but occasional extended hours on weekdays and Saturday is a must.

Duties Includes

• Maintenance of the company's vehicle, keeping it in perfect and presentable condition.
• Professionalism with clients and staff.
• Driving clients for site inspection.

Requirements

• Must be charming and welcoming.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years driving experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good presentation and workplace skills.

Job Description

• We require the service of a versatile and result oriented on and off marketing executives with minimum of two (2) years working experience to work closely with staff and management to create and implement marketing strategy of property.
• The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the industry and must be able to add value to the organisation.

Primary Duties

• Develop a system to determine effective marketing strategies that suits the company’s needs.
• Develop company marketing and advertising skills that operate effectively.
• Maintain a follow up system to keep our clients and prospects updated on the development.
• Create an online marketing effect with a good reputation of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years working experience in Real Estate, Construction and Allies marketing.
• OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Admin, Marketing, Estate Management or English.
• Able to negotiate and close sales.
• Exceptional employable and interpersonal skills
• A good team player and positive attitude.
