    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will maintain mechanical systems, troubleshoot their problems, and repair them. They are required to handle all preventive and general maintenance tasks, and also equipment maintenance activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining factory machines, motors, conveyors and belts
    • Fulfill the work orders on time.
    • Properly document every maintenance and repair session and give a regular report to the manager and/or other stakeholders by filling out a maintenance report form.
    • Craft standard operating procedures for machinery under the supervision of a superior and ensure that every team member follows these procedures while operating the machinery.
    • Inspect and analyse the functionality of mechanical systems. If a fault is diagnosed, troubleshoot and repair that part.
    • Maintain all the electro-mechanical and control systems within the factory.
    • Apply preventative maintenance techniques to foresee potential safety hazards.
    • Communicate with maintenance managers regularly and immediately report complex issues.
    • Ability to use different kind of tools (Hand, power and machine tools)

    EXPERIENCE / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:

    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a FMCG setting.
    • ND/TRADE TEST 1, 2, 3/Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Electrical Maintenance Technician to look after the electrical system of our factory. The incumbent will be required to conduct general maintenance inspections, perform routine electrical maintenance, respond to faults and wiring issues, and install electrical appliances for the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
    • Identifying faults or hazards
    • Knowledge of Electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment
    • Troubleshooting system failures
    • Testing of electrical systems with digital multi-meter.
    • Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures
    • Responding to fault requests
    • Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.
    • Writing electrical maintenance reports.
    • Installing new electrical appliances (D & I) in the factory
    • Ability to install and troubleshoot motor starters (D.O.L, F&R and Star-Delta motor Starters)
    • Conversant with VFD /Inverters/ motor speed controllers (Delta, Allenbradley, Mitsubishi, ABB etc.)

    EXPERIENCE / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:

    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a FMCG setting.

    Export Officer

    Job Title: Export Officer

    Locations: Sagamu, Lagos and Ogun

    Responsibilities

    • Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
    • Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
    • Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
    • Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets.
    • Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and prepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
    • Enters sales, purchase, freight, product and regulations data into SAP.
    • Calculates and reports harbour maintenance fees.
    • Corresponds with or calls customers, suppliers, forwarders and others concerning the transportation of products, referring unusual matters to supervisor.
    • Complies daily with all chemical regulations as indicated by management.
    • Files damage or loss claims with the insurance company.

    Manages Certificates of Analysis for all materials.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND qualification.
    • Minimum of 5 - 8 years working experience in the FMCG industry.

    WELDER/FABRICATOR

    The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for performing maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work involving plant equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have industrial plant maintenance experience, welding, and basic troubleshooting skill of equipment.

    Knowledge of:

    • Methods, equipment and materials used in the welding trade.
    • Methods, equipment and materials used in general maintenance work.
    • Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies.
    • Appropriate safety practices and procedures
    • Health and safety regulations applicable to gas and arc welding.

    Ability to:

    • Perform skilled welding work including maintenance, repair and fabrication welding.
    • Perform general maintenance work.
    • Operate machines, welding equipment and other hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
    • Maintains tools and equipment in clean and proper working condition.
    • Estimate materials required for maintenance projects.
    • Understand and follow oral and written directions
    • Work from blueprints, workshop drawings and sketches.
    • Maintain routine records.
    • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.

    EXPERIENCE / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:

    • ND/NCE or Certificate from an accredited institute of learning in Welding / Fabrication or related field of study
    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the welding and fabrication trade.
    • Any combination equivalent to sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities
    • Technical or workshop certificate
