The forms should be completed, signed and returned to the Commission on or before the closing date with Photocopies of relevant Credentials, NYSC / Discharge / Exemption / Exclusion Certificate (where applicable) and evidence of Local Government and Town of origin.

    Completed Application Form should be submitted in a sealed anvelope, clearly stating Applicant's Name, and Post Applied for at the top of the envelope addressed and sent to:
