    Treasury Marketer (Team Lead)

    Our client, one of the leading companies in the financial services industry is hiring a professional Treasury Marketer Team Lead to join the team. 

    Job Description

    • The role will be responsible for coordinating the promotion of treasury products and provide treasury advisory services to corporate customers
    • Market  treasury products to wholesale and commercial clients (including FX, Derivatives, deposits, etc)
    • Work on business units’ referrals and structure tailor-made products /solutions to suit both customers’ hedging and investment needs.
    • Cross-sell treasury products by organizing training programs and updating business units on treasury product developments
    • Gather treasury market intelligence from interbank counterparts to identify suitable products for product development
    • Assist in product development and system project
    • Create organic growth in commercial deposits and fee income using solution selling techniques to reach annual sales goals.
    • Proactive servicing and maintaining of client portfolio
    • Relationship Review and Working Capital Analysis of client relationships along with other internal stakeholders.
    • Manage activities that impact the organization from a Treasury Management perspective including sales reporting
    • Makes day-to-day decisions regarding team management, recommends solutions etc.
    • Collaborates with senior managers / leaders across the organization
    • Uses specialized Treasury Marketing expertise to advise and counsel others
    • Supervises a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers

    Qualification and Requirement  

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required
    • An advanced degree in business, management, or finance required
    • At least 5 years’ experience in financial services industry including 2 years’ experience in Treasury Marketing.
    • Good knowledge of treasury products, especially structured FX and interest rate products
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Supervisory experience
    • Knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance and tax.
    • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
    • Knowledge of appropriate accounting software packages

    Credit Officer

    Our client, one of the leading companies in the financial services industry is seeking to fill the position of a Credit officer. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • The role will be responsible for screening loan requests, evaluating clients' financial information, assessing risk ratios, and presenting approved or rejected loans to management.
    • Meet with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information to start the loan application process.
    • Collect the needed financial documentation and assessing the clients' creditworthiness.
    • Calculate and analyze the risk ratios of clients based on their credit score and financial history.
    • Approve or deny loan requests, and communicate the decision to both clients and management.
    • Set up payment plans for clients explaining monthly instalment amounts, interest rates, and other costs.
    • Maintain records of loan applications by using loan management software.
    • Manage loan renewals by organizing follow-up meetings with clients.
    • Monitor the progress of the loan application process and relaying any hindrances to clients.
    • Review, update and assess the risk of individual credit applications
    • Refer complicated or difficult applications to the supervisor
    • Compile all necessary paperwork and store it in the appropriate files
    • Suggest new credit policies and processes as the need arises
    • Reconcile accounts and determine appropriate payment schedules

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • Bachelor of Science in accounting, finance, banking, business, or a similar field.
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a credit officer.
    • Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures and best lending practices according to laws and regulations.
    • Ability to work with loan management software
    • Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
    • Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information.
