Responsibilities
What you'll do:

• Lead the design vision and strategy for the SuperApp domain, setting the direction for its look, feel, and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design Managers across different service domains to ensure consistency and a unified user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and measure success.
• Work with UX researchers and UX writers to create a holistic and empathetic user experience.

Requirements
Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a proven track record of designing complex and user-centric products.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of designers.
• Deep understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centered design principles.
• Strong experience with mobile app design and the nuances of cross-platform user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

About the Role

• We are in search of a talented and motivated individual to join our team and start working on all sorts of interesting products.
• ‍As a Product designer at Yassir, you will be responsible for driving product design initiatives from inception through execution.
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.
• We are looking for an experienced product designer to contribute to the effort in revamping our service. At Yassir, we put our users and data first. So we need Product Designers with smart UI/UX skills who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that make the life of our people easier by the day.
• In this role, you will work cross-functionally to design and guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds and designing the product workflow from beginning to end.

Tasks

• Be responsible for creating end-to-end experiences, from start to finish.
• Partner up with Product Managers to define design solutions.
• Create and deliver high-quality user interfaces that help improve the overall design language of our products.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience designing digital experiences, in a professional environment.

• Experience designing for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Ability to dissect and simplify complex problems.
• High understanding of iOS and Android design language and system behavior and platform standards in general.
• Advanced design tools mastery, such as Sketch or Figma.
• High proficiency in producing high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, Origami... etc.
• Complete mastery of design principles.
• Strong knowledge of product development process.
• Always up to date with design industry news and best practices.
• Large knowledge of design patterns.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role

• As part of our expansion effort, we are looking for an engineering manager to lead our team of financial services developers and be part of our Europe tech hub.
• You will be based out of Berlin or Paris and you will lead a tech team supporting Yassir's product development and delivery. You will own and build large-scale systems and micro-services.
• Together with your team, you will design, develop, and deliver powerful applications in a highly dynamic environment.

About Your Responsibilities

• At least three years of work experience as an engineering manager or tech lead at an engineering department

• In this role, you will join the Quality Assurance Team at Yassir and run various tests on new software products to ensure that programs satisfy all specifications and requirements.
• You will be part of a feature team and work closely with our developers and product managers.
• You will manage test suites and debugging programs to improve the quality of our products.

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues

• As a Backend Staff Engineer, you will drive the technical standards for the Backend across our consumer domain, working with multiple squads inside the domain.
• You will lead Backend engineers with tech roadmaps, architecture decisions, and feature development and release cycle.

• At least 10 years of experience in backend engineering with NodeJS
• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoy solving problems and helping others meet their goals
• Solid understanding of X
• Substantial experience with Git in a team environment
• Experience writing testable code and unit tests
• Experience in a fast-growing startup in a the on-demand services space is a plus
• Have a deep knowledge of React and NodeJS, and you have experience developing products with it
• Experience using modern JavaScript and tooling in a full-stack setting
• Extensive experience with A/B experiments and have a data-driven attitude toward product development.
