    Trade Finance Reporting & Intelligence Manager

    Job Summary

    You will be required to provide relevant and on-time business intelligence reports on the trade for assigned locations/regions.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide relevant and on-time business intelligence reports on the trade for assigned locations/regions.

    • Actively track, flag and report on the following Key Performance Indicators like Cost per Case (CPC), Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), and Product Margin.

    • Coordinate with various functional teams to get the information required for Financial Reporting of Upcountry transactions.

    • Develop and Maintain Financial forecasts for income statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements of the trade business.  

    • Provide functional oversight over accurate accounting, valuation and reporting of Inventory at the various Distribution Centres.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Finance / Economics.

    • 3 - 5 years’ Finance within a FMCG Distribution trading company.

    • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.

    • Creative solutions driven mindset.

    • You should have high attention to details and the ability to multi-task.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    In this role, you will own the sales performance of the territory and significantly contribute to achieving the business and revenue targets for the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for planning, strategizing, and leading the team for the development of account strategies, and coordination of additional resources to achieve sales goals.

    • Responsible for developing a profitable relationship with customers in assigned regions.

    • Managing account profit and loss.

    • Ensure customers’ performance and profitability.

    • Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region.

    • Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.

    • Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.

    • Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.

    • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the region.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a BSc degree or equivalent.

    • Minimum 7 years’ experience working in a similar role in the FMCG sector.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.

    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

    • Has an excellent analytical skill.

    • Good commercial understanding numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy.

    • Good interpersonal skills.

    • Fully geographically mobile.

    • Ability to work flexibly.
