    Business Manager

    Job Summary

    • Oversee school operating finances. It is their job to develop a budget for the school. School business managers strive to ensure that existing resources are used efficiently while identifying resources that are needed and prioritizing expenses.
    • Whenever possible, school business managers look for ways to reduce operating costs.

    Major Duties

    • To manage effective administrative and financial services to the school.
    • To maintain a strategic financial plan that will indicate trends and requirements of the school development plan and will forecast future year budgets
    • To manage the administration of the personnel functions in the school.
    • To manage the purchase of supplies, equipment and services.
    • To manage maintenance of administrative systems that deliver outcomes based on the school’s aims and goals.
    • To develop and communicate clearly the school’s development/strategic plan.
    • To be responsible for the overseeing of maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification.
    • At least 2 years previous work experience.
    • Experience in a school environment is an added advantage
    • Working knowledge of business management.
    • The ability to multitask.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • · Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages - One-drive, MS teams, One-notes, outlook email.

    IT Administrator

    Location: Ilupeju, Lagosi

    Job Summary

    • To provide administrative support to all IT systems, networks, hardware and applications in the locations of the Trust Council and to escalate all critical issues immediately to the attention of the Head of IT and the Head of School.

    Major Duties

    • First level I.T. support
    • Database administration and handling all software related issues
    • Acts as systems/network administrator
    • Internal resource person for basic ICT training.
    • Coordination of web site materials/information and forwarding to the Head of IT
    • Support for computers, printers and other peripherals
    • Inventory and auditing of all IT related equipments/software
    • Administers the back ups processes at each location

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum Educational qualifications: B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or any related course - First degree
    • At least 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Minimum Professional qualifications, if applicable: MCP, MCSE (desirable)
    • Skills: LAN / WAN, active directory, trouble shooting skills,
    • Knowledge: DHCP, DNS, MS office, Win XP, Win 2003 server
    • Personal Characteristics: Good interpersonal skills, Good communication skills.
