    ERP Functional Consultant


    • The Consultant's primary responsibility is to assist businesses in implementing, customizing, and optimizing their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. ERP Consultants play a crucial role in ensuring that organizations can effectively manage their resources, streamline their processes, and improve overall efficiency.
    • Our Focus deployments now includes Microsoft Dynamics Business central, Dynamics Finance and Operations activity, Dynamics Navision, SAP B1, SAP By design, SAP 4Hana, NetSuite, Zoho etc...
    • You would be involved in projects spanning both for the existing client base as well as new business implementations.


    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and processes. Identify areas for improvement and translate these requirements into ERP system functionalities.
    • ERP System Selection: Assist clients in selecting the appropriate ERP software that aligns with their business goals and requirements. This may involve evaluating different ERP solutions, conducting vendor assessments, and providing recommendations.
    • Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of the chosen ERP system. This involves configuring the software to match the client's business processes, setting up data structures, and overseeing data migration.
    • Customization: Customize the ERP system to address specific business needs that are not met by the standard out-of-the-box functionalities. This may involve programming, scripting, or using built-in customization tools provided by the ERP software.
    • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure they understand how to use the ERP system effectively. This includes creating training materials and providing ongoing support.
    • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform testing to ensure that the ERP system works correctly and meets the defined requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the testing phase.
    • Integration: Integrate the ERP system with other existing or external systems within the organization to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
    • Project Management: Manage ERP implementation projects within budget and design scope of work.
    • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or questions that arise after the ERP system has been deployed.
    • Business Process Improvement: Continuously assess and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using the ERP system's capabilities.
    • Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, new ERP features, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and ensure they are making the most of their ERP investment.

    Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

    • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities (e.g., SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.).
    • Knowledge of business processes and best practices in various industries.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Project management skills to lead ERP implementation projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members effectively.
    • Technical expertise for system configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Training and presentation skills to conduct user training sessions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to varying client requirements and project scopes.

    Job Description

    • The Finance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are posted and reconciled before the 4th day of subsequent month - Bank transactions, Software Partners, Hardware Partners, Clients and vendor transactions.
    • Assist in Monitoring and resolving bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences - fx charges, COT, general bank charges.
    • Ensure timely completion of financial (Annual), tax and other administrative audits
    • Invoice genration and tracking of all receivables/Payables
    • Execution or Renewal of all contracts/SLAs/Partnership Agreements
    • Payment of Vendors and Contractors
    • Arranging Travel, meetings and appointments
    • Regulatory and Statutory Requirement renewals
    • Supervision of Office Admin, Security Personnel, Vehicle Tracking device, Security Cameras
    • Inventory of all company Assets

    Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

    • Graduate of Accounting, Finance and related disciplines
    • Professional Certification is required.
    • Hybrid Work Structure.

    Graduate Trainee UI / UX Designer

    Job Description

    • Work together with product management and engineering to build innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
    • Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
    • Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
    • Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
    • Discuss designs and key milestone deliverables with peers and executive level stakeholders
