Job Duties

• Negotiate and win sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with organizations and individuals, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement company's core competencies
• Participate in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across locations as required in the sales/marketing plan.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for investment opportunities.
• Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following potential clients and receivables that are due.

Duties

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

• Qualification: BS.c or Ms.c in Agriculture.
• 5-10 years in active Agri sales business.
• Must have Agricultural background.

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Duties

• Manage company seed production areas and also contracting seed acres to meet business requirements.
• Monitor/audit external production field selection, ensuring that grow-outs are technically managed to maintain seed purity and hybridity.
• Collect samples of products and coordinate in-process testing as needed.
• Travel to current seed production locations, potential growers, trade shows and conferences.
• Develop and support the quality protocols to ensure parent seed integrity.
