Responsibility:

• Maintain accurate records of all spare parts, components, consumables, and accessories in stock.
• Monitor stock levels and identify minimum, maximum, and reorder.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with ERP/system records.
• Ensure proper identification, labelling, coding, and categorization of spare parts.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels for critical and fast-moving truck parts.
• Receive authorized requests for spare parts from the Workshop and other approved users.
• Issue parts against approved job cards, work orders and store requisitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years' relevant experience in spare parts, quantities.

• Previous experience in a truck, heavy-duty vehicle, automotive, logistics, transport, or fleet maintenance environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with an ERP/inventory management system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable. Ability to identify parts using part numbers, specifications, vehicle models, chassis numbers, and engine types.
