Responsibility:

Business Growth & Expansion

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in truck fleet management, logistics support services, vehicle maintenance contracts, leasing, and real estate investments. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all business units to existing customers.
• Conduct regular client engagement meetings to identify additional business opportunities.

Requirements:

• BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Transport Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with relevant years of experience.
• An MBA or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Commercial Management.
• Prior experience in conglomerates, transportation and logistics, real estate, or heavy equipment and truck sales will be preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and securing major business accounts.

Responsibility:

• Processing the return according to contract SOP
• Inspecting items for damage or defects.
• Joint inspection with client to ascertain if items are eligible for acceptance or debit.
• Providing customer service and support regarding returns. Keeping records of all returned transactions (shipments) per truck.
• Signing off and documenting counting notes pending the implementation of LOPIS.
• Work with Fleet Officers of respective trucks to provide all breakages documents when needed.
• Share all daily returned and treated shipments counting notes/documents to respective Fleet Officers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement controls.
