    Admin and Facility Officer

    Job Description

    • The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the provision of administrative support, prioritizing and completing a wide variety of tasks, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, contract monitoring and administration of office space and lodges.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Manage facility maintenance budget and expenses
    • Ensures functionality of all company assets/facility.
    • Supervise office, guest and cluster house administration.
    • Source for properties that will suit various purposes that will be needed by the company
    • Administration of CUG lines and office intercom.
    • Managing and administering repairs and maintenance programmes in all company’s facilities.
    • Vetting, ensuring prompt payment of rent and utility bills to relevant bodies/authorities.
    • Provide support to ensure office activities/events run smoothly (renovations, event planning etc.).
    • Manage activities like office space allocation, parking space, waste disposal, building security etc.
    • Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
    • Ensure facility management activities are done in line health and safety policies.
    • Provide regular reports and updates.
    • Supervise all Admin support staff, Maintenance Officers, Cleaners and House keepers.

    Educational Qualification

    • A good first degree.
    • Minimum five (5) years related experience with at least two (2) years of experience in providing senior administrative and facility management support in a fast-paced office environment with many interruptions and short deadlines.
    • Telecom industry experience is an added advantage.

    Field Service Engineer

    Location: Northern Region, Nigeria
    Employment Type: Permanent

    Job Description

    • In view of our recent site acquisition across the South southern and Northern part of Nigeria, we are looking to hire skilled and experienced Field Support Engineers to (FSE) effectively maintain our newly acquired sites.

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance when due.
    • 24hours response time, on call (in line with MTTR policy).
    • AC unit maintenance, repairs and servicing.
    • Troubleshoot and maintain OPEX saving device problems. ATS/AMF repairs.
    • Rectifier maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting.
    • DG parts replacement and reporting on faulty components.
    • Monitor and manage diesel supply and consumption on assigned sites.
    • Provide daily update on site availability.
    • JCC sign off for both routine and non-routine jobs.
    • Site Janitorial services
    • Site Access Reference documentation
    • Security checks.
    • And other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B. Sc/ B.Tech. degree in Electrical/Electronics  or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years hands - on experience as a field engineer in the Telecom industry.
    • ATS and Hybrid power knowledge is required.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
    • Evidence of previous working experience in any of our locations is an added advantage
