    Manager IT, User Support

    Purpose of the Job

    • To plan and coordinate timely and adequate service delivery of all IT support requests for the company and supported subsidiaries in line with organizational information technology standards
    • Coordinating responses to incident reports, minimizing negative impacts and restoring service as quickly as possible. Managing the life cycle of all problems that have occurred or could occur in delivering a service. Agreeing targets for service levels and assessing, monitoring, and managing the delivery of services against the targets.

    The Job

    • Set strategies for service delivery that support the strategic needs of the FMN IT stakeholders.
    • Authorize allocation of resources for monitoring service delivery arrangements.
    • Lead the delivery of services, ensuring that agreed service levels, security requirements and other quality standards are met.
    • Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
    • Develop, maintain and test incident management procedures in agreement with service owners.
    • Investigate escalated, non-routine and high-impact incidents to responsible service owners and seek resolution.
    • Facilitate recovery, following resolution of incidents and ensure that resolved incidents are properly documented and closed.
    • Analyze causes of incidents, and inform service owners to minimize probability of recurrence thereby contributing to service improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Engineering or related course.
    • Professional certification in ITIL foundation is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years cognate experience.
    • Experience working in an international service delivery  and IT service outsourcing environment.

    Manager, IT Business Applications

    Purpose of the Job

    • Delivering management, technical and administrative services to support and maintain live applications.
    • Planning, estimating and executing systems development work to time, budget and quality targets.
    • Ensuring that service components have the capacity and performance to meet current and planned business needs.

    The Job

    • Take ownership of the Business Applications portfolio and provide system implementation, software development and support service to meet the demands of the business.
    • Direct the definition, implementation and continual improvement of the organization's systems architecture management framework.
    • Oversee the business application lifecycle management.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, creating value from business applications as the main goal.
    • Draft and maintain procedures and documentation for applications support and implementation.
    • Advise on application security, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery needs.
    • Keep abreast of new developments and forecasts future trends in the area of application integration.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in IT or Social Science related course.
    • 7-10 years cognate experience.
    • Demonstrable experience deploying configurations of large, complex software for integration platforms/suites- (ERP); CRM; server OS; (SaaS) Solutions, (IaaS) platform & (PaaS) providers.
    • Experience working with an offshore application support provider.

    Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

    Purpose of the Job

    • Ensure the business is adequately funded; manage financial and operational risks; take a primary role in the planning, structuring and execution of any capital raising, or M&A activity the Group is contemplating or actively engaged in. 
    • Manage the Investor Relations desk and provide feedback to management on the Company’s performance relative to peers.

    The Job

    • Identify the working capital needs of the group, analyze use of funds, review exposure, asset and liability levels, and prepare funding plan highlighting and recommending appropriate actions.
    • Optimize the Group’s capital structure; identify target capital structure and monitor cost of capital for FMN subsidiaries.
    • Raise funds including specialized financing for the relevant businesses.
    • Work closely with business development department to determine appropriate financing options based on unique business models.
    • Provide inputs into the long-term financial strategies, budgeting process and strategic capital allocation.
    • Ensure that the company financing decisions are consistent with the Group’s overall financing strategy, and that liability management is in line with existing covenants.
    • Manage investor relations and prepare investor presentations for quarterly and annual analyst calls.
    • Manage credit rating process, periodically analyze the financial performance of Flour Mills and its key competitors and share reports with the management team.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in Finance or related course.
    • Professional certification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • At least 5+ years in the corporate finance function and treasury unit of a reputable organization.
    • Experience with equity, hybrid or debt investments either at a corporation, investment bank, accounting or investor relations firm.

    The Person Must:

    • Have excellent managerial and leadership skills.
    • Possess an independent, analytical and structured approach to work.
    • Possess strong financial modelling skills.
    • Have a high degree of numeracy skills and ability to analyze financial data.
    • Have the ability to delegate and prioritize work flows.
    • Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
