    Inventory Control Manager

    To monitor inventory control processes laid down by management and appraise independently all controls within stores, procurement, production, loading and packing areas of the organisation.

    THE JOB

    • Planning, organizing and supervising the inventory control operations and providing quality assurance on work done by the team.
    • Provide leadership and direction in communicating and monitoring inventory control policies and processes.
    • Ensure all materials received by the company are following policies and procedures
    • Weekly reconciliation of material movements including report on any shortages
    • Perform administrative tasks such as allocation of staff to various duty posts, approval of staff overtime, dissemination of relevant information to team members.
    • Check compliance with approved operational procedures at entry gate, weighbridge, loading bays and exit gates.
    • Report deficiencies in control to the manager and make appropriate recommendations.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have a strong understanding of inventory management principles, stock control, and supply chain processes.
    • Be proficient in the use of ERP systems and inventory management tools for tracking and reporting.
    • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage warehouse and logistics teams.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc./HND in Accounting.
    • ICAN/ACCA/FMCG and audit experience

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Mechanical Supervisor – Workshop Repairs

    PURPOSE

    To carry out effective mechanical repair, maintenance, reconditioning and fabrication of various milling machinery including blowers, airlocks, gearboxes etc.

    THE JOB

    • Oversee the repair and maintenance of milling equipment, including airlocks, blowers, and gearboxes.
    • Ensure timely turnaround of equipment repairs to support uninterrupted plant operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop technicians.
    • Maintain accurate records of equipment received, repaired, and dispatched
    • Monitor workshop inventory and ensure availability of tools and spare parts.
    • Implement and uphold workshop HSE, cleanliness, and operational standards.
    • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize repair tasks.
    • Drive continuous improvement in repair processes and cost-saving initiatives

    THE PERSON MUST.

    • Have strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
    • Possess hands-on experience with repair techniques for industrial components
    • Show Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
    • Possess good communication and documentation skills.
    • Be a proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Have hands-on experience in managing work orders and technicians in a repair workshop.
    • Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •  5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings/Technical qualification.
    • OND in Mechanical Engineering.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar role.

    Mechanical Supervisor – Roll Change

    PURPOSE

    To lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians in the execution of periodic maintenance and roll changes on Buhler roller mills, ensuring optimal equipment performance, reliability, safety, and compliance with quality standards.

    THE JOB

    • Execute preventive maintenance on Buhler roller mills (MDDM/O, MDDP/Q, MDDR/T, MDDK).
    • Coordinate roll change activities in alignment with production schedules.
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
    • Provide hands-on technical support during complex maintenance tasks and roll changes.
    • Maintain accurate and readily accessible records of all activities and provide periodic reports.
    • Track technician performance and maintenance KPIs.
    • Enforce strict adherence to all HSE protocols and PPE usage during maintenance operations.
    • Raise requisitions for critical spares and consumables in a timely manner.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have solid knowledge of mechanical maintenance and roll change operations in milling or industrial settings.
    • Be skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing mechanical components and rolling equipment.
    • Possess strong leadership skills to supervise technicians and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
    • Maintain high safety standards, precision, and efficiency in all mechanical operations

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Packing Manager

    PURPOSE

    Effective packing operations across product categories to meet production targets and ensure smooth running of the mill.

    THE JOB

    • Lead and manage packing operations to meet production and sales targets while ensuring product availability to customers
    • Organize maintenance activities within the bagging units to optimize operation.
    • Ensure compliance to all flour packing standards and procedures.
    • Prepare daily and monthly packing reports for production analysis and control to facilitate optimal decision-making.
    • Communicate with service providers and bag/film suppliers on maintaining packaging quality and effectiveness.
    • Schedule weekly preventive maintenance on all packaging machines to minimize machine breakdown.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have sound knowledge of packing operations, machinery, and production line processes within an industrial or FMCG environment.
    • Be skilled in coordinating manpower, optimizing line efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of packing targets.
    • Have hands-on experience with preventive and corrective actions related to line stoppages, packaging defects, and process deviations.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership, safety awareness, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement in line operations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • HND/B.Sc. in Engineering or Science
    • Diploma in Milling Technology
    • Added advantage: MBA/MSc

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in a similar role.
