    Water Treatment Operator- Golden Pasta, Iganmu

    PURPOSE

    Operate and maintain the water treatment plant, including pumps and chemical dosing systems, to ensure a consistent supply of portable water for both production and infrastructure needs.

    THE JOB

    • Operate water treatment plants, boreholes and pumps.
    • Dose requisite chemicals, accordingly, for water treatment and check the corresponding parameters of water output with the Quality Assurance Laboratory attendants.
    • Ensure constant availability of clean water for production, fire hydrants and general-purpose usage.
    • Diagnose malfunctioning water systems: locate cause of breakdown and correct the problem.
    • Inspect and effect corrections to all systems (Pumps, tanks, pipping) for leakage or deviation from normal working.
    • Ensure that backwashing is carried out and recorded in logbooks alongside other daily activities.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    QUALIFICATION

    • O ’level certificate in WASSCE, NECO or NABTEB.
    • Relevant trade qualification will be an added advantage.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

    Planning Manager -Golden Pasta, Iganmu

    PURPOSE

    To ensure that spares and consumables are available for plant support, and that raw and packaging materials requirement necessary to meet stock availability for production are achieved on time in full (OTIF) to support finished goods production.

    THE JOB

    • Analyze planned orders based on spare part usage and maintenance requirement.
    • Generate spares requirement for quote onto overseas purchasing departments.
    • Manage the stock of raw & packaging materials to ensure that there is no stock out of the materials.
    • Liaise with the central purchasing department to ensure on time delivery of orders
    • Ensure production inventory transaction data are accurately posted on the database to reduce variance (resulting from data inaccuracy) at the end of each month.
    • Endure stocks available for sales and logistics to invoice customers’ waybills.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • knowledge of planning tools, methods, and best practices.
    • Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and multitasking.

    QUALIFICATION

    • B.Sc./ HND in a relevant discipline.

    Production Planner - Golden Pasta, Iganmu

    PURPOSE

    To provide support for the smooth running of the organization by carrying out administrative and production planning activities.

    THE JOB

    • Prepare and communicate production plan based on plant capacity, sales requirement and business plan and share with the team.
    • Communicate daily and weekly semolina/flour requirement with FOPs and evaluate deliveries.
    • Determine raw and packaging materials requirements based on production plan shared information with S&OP and other stakeholders.
    • Liaise with S&OP and procurement on delivery of raw materials and cartons.
    • Ensure prompt offloading of raw and packaging material at receipt to enhance customer satisfaction
    • Maintain optimum inventory to forestall stock-out/over-stocking.
    • Analyzing Production reports (efficiencies, output, maintenance) for POPs & NOPs leadership discussion with the GM/D.
    • Monitor and track plan implementation by Iganmu and Agbara production teams.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent analytical and time management skills to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.

    QUALIFICATION

    • First Degree in relevant Science/Engineering disciplines.
    • M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, membership of NSE.

    Electronic/Packing Machine Engineer- Golden Pasta, Iganmu

    PURPOSE

    To ensure the safe, efficient maintenance, operation and running adjustments of the packing machines; vertical and horizontal.

    THE JOB

    • Manage the packing machines to ensure they can deliver designed output and attain high OEE.
    • Observe, analyze and research packaging line operation to develop and implement efficient process.
    • Implement quality control check to ensure the packaging meets environment, health, and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday output.
    •  Ensure efficient collaboration between the manufacturing systems and packaging department to ensure continuous improvement on all packing machines.
    • Coordinate with plant manager and evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes.
    • Ensure compliance to packaging schedule, assign specific tasks to all employees, and monitor all packing equipment supplies.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Prior experience with Stiavelli, Altopack, Rovema, Bosch will be an added advantage.

    THE JOB

    Internal Control Manager - Flour Mills of Nigeria, Apapa

    PURPOSE

    To monitor internal control processes laid down by management and independently appraise all controls within stores, procurement, production, loading and packing areas of the organization.

    THE JOB

    • Lead and manage a team of internal control specialists/checkers/supervisors, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
