    Sales Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • Provide administrative support to ensure timely initiation, confirmation, documentation and reporting of all sales administration-related transactions.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Participate in the development of country-wide plans for sales regions and representatives.
    • Design and oversee the implementation of a strategic plan for the Plant Sales Admin unit.
    • Ensure timely processing of customers’ sales orders to ensure promptness of service delivery.
    • Monitor to ensure the right information is provided on sales orders, invoices and receipts to customers for all transactions.
    • Ensure ATC administration, printing, availability to transport for dispatch and subsequent validation
    • Maintaining interactive engagement with other stakeholders (regional sales directors, corporate sales, logistics, transport, production, weigh bridge, parking plant, control, finance etc.) in the value chain to ensure optimum dispatch target achievement
    • Coordinate periodic update of customers’ information foe way billing validation
    • Maintain periodic and accurate tracking of loaded and unloaded ATCs, outstanding ATCs, TAT, Unmigoed transactions, and fuel master location update for control.
    • Track inter regional and depot stock transfers
    • Track credit-based sale transactions staying up-to-date on due payment dates and prompting relevant regional sales representatives for timely follow up for payment.
    • Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date sales records/ documentation.
    • Continuously monitor and report on sales performance across the country.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head, Sales Administration.

    Key Requirements

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Sales, Business Administration or related discipline.
    • Mastery in MS Suite.
    • Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

    Deputy Engineer, Instrumentation

    Job Summary

    • Supervise the preventive, corrective, troubleshooting, shutdown, and major and minor maintenance activities, on various types of instrumentation
    • To supervise a team of technicians carrying out basic instrumentation maintenance activities according to plan in order to assure the maximum equipment availability and precision respecting all internal maintenance procedures and best-practices and all the safety regulations and procedures.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Execute routine check-ups of instrumentation equipment according to maintenance schedule plan, workload, manpower availability and company procedures.
    • Coordinate the testing, repairing, calibration and troubleshooting of the Instrumentation Control systems.
    • Allocate work orders and supervise instrumentation technicians in the execution of activities ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures during maintenance work.
    • Evaluate the manpower requirement for daily preventive, break down and shutdown maintenance and prepare the job schedule.
    • Endorse work feedback and close out work orders in the maintenance database.
    • Liaise with Process, production, Quality, Mechanical and Electrical sections and establish a seamless integration between operation and maintenance teams.
    • Prepare and review various maintenance performance reports such as Preliminary Failure and Root Cause Analysis Reports.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the HOD/Section Head.

    Quality Assurance Officer (Cement Industry)

    Job Summary

    • The Quality Assurance Officer performs analyses following specified instructions from supervisor, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and analytical procedures.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reports testing results through the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), other computerized systems, or through standard laboratory paper-based documentation.
    • Calculates results and compares with specification limits.
    • Informs supervision immediately if lab results do not meet specifications.
    • Performs analyses including instrumental and automated methods utilizing prescribed procedures and techniques.
    • Complete all testing including special project/ protocol testing in a timely and appropriate manner.
    • Generates valid data, reports results in appropriate database compared to established specifications while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
    • Compares laboratory results with specifications for acceptability.
    • Maintains equipment and trouble shoots instrumentation problems, procedural problems or production/process problems.
    • Participates in functions involving teams which impact production, increase efficiency, solve problems, generate cost savings and improve quality.
    • Ensures safety, housekeeping, and compliance are maintained. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or related field with 3 to 12 years related job experience required.
    • Must be detail oriented, conscientious and have high reading comprehension skills.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in computerized systems.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and in a timely fashion.
    • Must be able to perform a variety of chemical analysis procedures as required within the work area.

    Finance Manager, Export Operations - Bi-Lingua (Cement Industry)

    Oversee/ assume responsibility for ensuring effective implementation and compliance with DCP’s control policies and procedures in all areas (financial transactions, operational activities and IT systems).

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preparation of management accounts for export organisation on a monthly basis to enable management take decision.
    • Preparation of export’s budget in-line with corporate objectives; monthly tracking and monitoring of company’s performance against budget through variance analysis.
    • Preparation of appropriate schedules to support internal and external audit and liaise with auditors on the audit process and procedures.
    • Review of the different components of transit charges due to the various foreign authorities and negotiation thereof, for cost reduction in the export organisation of the company’s operations.
    • Management and reconciliation of offshore bank accounts for reimbursement and funding to enable timely payments of transit and toll charges to the necessary international authorities.
    • Preparation of ageing report, reconciliation of account receivables with the customer statements and sort out inter-company settlements.
    • Ensures the credit limit set by Risk Management is not surpassed and all due collections are collected promptly.
    • Monitors and supervises data entry team and ensuring proper record keeping of all export transactions across the countries of export.
    • Comparison of actual performance with the budget to enable management take informed decisions at the right time.
    • Computation of Export Expansion Grant claims from Federal Government of Nigeria based on current rating by Nigerian Export Promotion Council.
    • Travelling to Francophone countries to reconcile payments and other related finance function.
    • Perform such other functions as may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
    • Postgraduate degree in a related field
    • Minimum of twelve (12) years related job experience, preferably in an FMCG business.
    • Relevant professional qualifications such as: The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and any other French financial certification.
    • Proficient in Oral and writing in English and French Languages is required.

    Quality Control Laboratory Assistant

    Provide support in the testing of mines samples and assist with the maintenance of equipment.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the analysis of raw materials, intermediate and finished samples.
    • Collect samples according to approved quality plan.
    • Carry out preliminary preparation of sample collected for X-ray analysis.
