Job Description

• The Field /Channel Sales Supervisor is responsible for sales generation in allocated area, retail and wholesale distribution, managing promoters, liaising with distributors and dealers and target achievement in sales of company’s products.

Requirements

• Must be actively in same industry as a Sales Supervisor with a known mobile phone brand.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent rapport with major distributors d dealers in the industry.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in the same role
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable institution.

• Prospect and create business relationship with other businesses, markets products to other businesses and government bodies/ cooperatives that have demonstrated a need for the products or services.

• Minimum 6 -12 years of experience. With at least 3 years active B2B sales
• Good Working experience in same role for same industry, FMCG, Mobile phones and Electronics Company. E-commerce.
